Once drawn, the prize will be payable on the 21st November 2025. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation. The draw will be conducted from a barrel on Friday, 24th October, 2025 at 2pm (ACDST) at 1 Main North Road, Medindie. The winner will be notified by telephone and contacted in writing within 7 days of the draw. The winner’s first initial, surname and postcode will be published in The Advertiser within 30 days of the draw.

If prize is not claimed by the successful entrant after 14 days a barrel draw will be conducted on 7th November, 2025 at 2pm (ACDST) at 1 Main North, Medindie. The winner will be notified by telephone and contacted in writing within 7 days of the draw. The winner’s first initial, surname and postcode will be published in The Advertiser within 30 days of the draw.

By purchasing a vehicle during the promotional period participants are automatically entered into the draw via sales data input and agree to the following: Adtrans Automotive Group Pty Ltd will use the contact details to inform winners and provide updates related to this Promotion. Customers information is automatically Opted-In for Marketing database.
